• A small marketing site (a handful of pages) — one to two weeks
• A standard business site with a real CMS — two to four weeks
• A larger site with heavy custom interactions or integrations — four to six weeks or more

The actual hands-on building is often the shortest part. What stretches a project is everything around the build — and that part is surprisingly predictable.
